The medium-dark roast enhances the natural flavors of the beans, bringing out the wine-like acidity from Ethiopia, the rich berry notes from Kenya, and the hint of spice from Tanzania. The result is a balanced and complex espresso that is both bold and smooth.

We’ve sourced these beans from small cooperative farmers, supporting local communities and sustainable farming practices. The beans are grown at altitudes ranging from 1200 to 2000 meters, in rich, mineral-filled soils that contribute to the blend’s unique taste.
Each bean is fully washed and sun-dried, a process that helps preserve its natural flavors. We then carefully roast the beans to a medium-dark level, ensuring the perfect balance between depth and richness.
